This event is new to Windows 2008 Release 2 and Windows 7. It does not appear in earlier versions of Windows.

Subject:
 Security ID:  %1 - The security ID of the user that added the share (If available, Active Directory is queried and the Domain\Account Name is displayed rather than the SID)
 Account Name:  %2 - The user that added the share
 Account Domain:  %3 Domain of the user that added the share
 Logon ID:  %4 - ID for the session of the user that added the share
