Audit entries purged from internal SharePoint audit log (stored in the Content database). It is normal for LOGbinder to do this periodically but you should not see this event logged by accounts other than that used for the LOGbinder service.
Since the events have been entered in the Windows log, they are no longer needed in the internal SharePoint audit log.
