Hello and thanks for the website. It helps me so many times! On my stand-alone system (Windows 10 Pro) I did not have Group Policy configured for Audit Account Management (Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Audit Policy\Audit Account Management sets to Not Auditing). But the event still generated in Event Log.
Is this the expected behavior for Local system? What about Domain system?

In an administrator shell run "auditpol.exe /get /category:*"

Check the setting there. This is the actual audit settings being applied to your machine.
