Hi Randy,

You mention in the wiki for Event 4625 that 0xc0000006d "seems to be caused by system problems and non-security related." I'm not sure what this means. In Microsoft documentation, this code is stated as an attempted logon that is invalid due to bad username. Are you saying that you find this to be inaccurate/invalid for the new Vista and higher Event 4625 entries?

Many thanks.

Hi!

I will have to agree with markyel. According: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc704588%28v=prot.10%29.aspx is
0xC000006D : STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE - The attempted logon is invalid. This is either due to a bad username or authentication information.

I have tested and I agree.  Revising event description in the encyclopedia.  Good community interaction!
