Event ID 5143 is generated when a shared folder is modified. It is new in Windows Server 2008 R2.

I believe that SD refers to Security Descriptor and the values for old and new. More information about security descriptors can be found here https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa379570(v=vs.85).aspx.
